Shipping, Returns and Repairs Policies
Shipping to the USA
All orders are Shipped UPS Insured shipping.
Express orders are shipped Monday - Thursday, 2nd Day orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday. All orders are processed within and shipped within 3 business days of receipt.
All domestic US orders require a signature upon receipt. We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not currently offer Saturday delivery.
We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
Shipping to other destinations
We do ship orders internationally, but we ask you to contact us first to arrange this so that we can arrange the correct insurance, import duties and taxes.
Returns and exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. After 7 days, return or exchanges are not allowed. Items must be unworn and in original condition in order to return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged or show sign of wear.
Upon inspection of return, and deemed valid, refund will be provided minus the shipping charges (both outgoing and incoming)
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt in order to rectify.
Please accept our deepest apologies if any of our products need repair. Please contact us to arrange any repairs. All repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis. Charges are assessed once a photo of the item for repair has been received and evaluated by our team.
If your order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please inform us immediately. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience if this occurs and there will be no charge for this kind of repair. Please ship the order back within 15 days to avoid any delays or penalties.
